Mario Nowogrodzki, CPA.CITP, MAccIS Advanced Certified QuickBooks® Professional Advisor
Mario Nowogrodzki is an information systems consultant and instructor. He is the founder and principal of Mendelson Consulting (established in 1992), specializing in QuickBooks and information technology consulting services. The firm focuses on providing a solution-based approach, customized to each client's individual and specific needs. The combination of Mario’s accounting background with the expert knowledge of QuickBooks financial software gives clients an unparalleled edge. “As a CPA, I understand the need for proper setup and use of QuickBooks to guarantee the integrity of an entity’s reports and the accuracy of management’s decisions.” Prior to his current position, he held several accounting and controller positions at various firms.
Mario holds Master of Accounting Information Systems and Bachelor of Accounting degrees. He is a Certified Public Accountant since 1992, a member of the American Institute of CPAs (member of the Information Technology Section), Florida Institute of CPAs (member of the Business Technology Section), and an Advanced Certified QuickBooks Professional Advisor. Mario was selected to be a charter member of the QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions Provider Program and was selected to join the QuickBooks Retail Solutions Provider Program. Mendelson Consulting belongs to the Weston Area Chamber of Commerce, the Tamarac Chamber of Commerce, and the Miramar-Pembroke Pines Regional Chamber of Commerce (part of the Chamber’s Technology Team). Mario is also a member of the Keiser College Advisory Board.
Mario is the co-founder of the South Florida Intuit Club. He also has led numerous continuous education seminars for accounting professionals in various topics, including QuickBooks and computer technology. He also conducts several QuickBooks lectures and adult education classes for business owners and managers. He was chosen to be a member of the Intuit Accountants Speakers Bureau. And he is a contributing author of professional articles for Intuit.
In addition to working with QuickBooks users and ProAdvisors, Mario provides information technology consulting services to accounting firms and other businesses—helping them to serve clients better and manage their practice more efficiently.
